WHO I AM AND WHAT I OFFER

Hi, I’m Jena Rae — the heart and hands behind Innately Whole, a space rooted in the belief that healing, connection, and belonging begin within.

At my core, I believe growth starts from slowing down, feeling deeply, and reconnecting—to ourselves, to each other, and to nature. My work centers on creating intentional, heart-centered spaces where we can move through life’s transitions with greater awareness and compassion.

For years, I moved through cycles of partying, numbing, and disconnection—until something inside me longed for more. I left the country and spent five years traveling the world, shedding layers and slowly remembering who I was. When I returned, I chose sobriety, and everything changed. For the past 1.5 years, I’ve been learning to feel again—fully—and to meet myself with honesty, presence, and care.

This lived experience shapes everything I offer. I don’t use somatic tools to bypass or fix what’s hard—I use them to be with it. To soften. To stay.

MY JOURNEY

Sobriety became a turning point that heightened my connection to my emotional and somatic self. I learned how to be present with discomfort rather than numb it, and that awareness became the foundation for the healing work I now do. I am deeply inspired by the rhythms of nature, the power of community, and the quiet strength found in stillness.

This journey has led me to craft experiences—like seasonal yoga rituals, mindful gatherings, and somatic circles—that invite others into their own unfolding stories of growth and belonging.

HOW I WORK

In 2024, I completed a 300-hour trauma-informed yoga teacher training with Audra Carmine, which deepened my understanding of the nervous system and how to hold space with integrity, sensitivity, and soul. I blend somatic therapy, trauma-informed care, and embodiment practices with an emphasis on nervous system regulation and inner listening.

My offerings are designed especially for seekers, creatives, and wellness professionals craving grounded connection and intentional self-care. Whether through gentle yoga, guided meditation, or nature immersion, my approach is always gentle, accessible, and heart-centered.

What started as a personal practice became Innately Whole—a collection of yoga classes, seasonal rituals, and soul-rooted gatherings that remind you that you’re not broken, and you’re not alone. I’m not here to fix you. I’m here to breathe with you—to hold space for whatever’s unfolding in your life.

Thanks for being here. Let’s breath together <3

A woman with curly hair wearing a sweater is sitting by a window, holding a mug close to her face with both hands, appearing to be smelling or drinking from it. There is a large potted plant behind her and a reflection of houses and trees outside the window.
This is a space for slowing down, reconnecting, and honoring what it means to feel whole. Whether you’re joining me for yoga, an intentional gathering, or simply exploring — take a breath, get cozy, and stay awhile. You belong here.
